Masaru Tamaki, is a graduate of Hitotsubashi University in Japan, he holds degrees in finance, management, and economics.
He began his career as a banker with The Long Term Credit Bank of Japan (LTCB) in 1966. He has been involved in trading of JGB, Equity, FX and Derivatives . He was the Manager of LTCB New York Branch. After that, he engaged in the Senior Managing Director of LTCB Asset Management and LTCB-UBS Brinson Asset Management. He also became a Professor of Tamagawa University. He became the Auditor of Sigma Base Capital Asset Management Co., Ltd. in 2017. C.M.A.

Tsutomu Wakiya, is a graduate of Hitotsubashi University in Japan, he holds degrees in finance, management, and economics.
He began his career as a banker with The Long Term Credit Bank of Japan (LTCB) in 1972. He has been involved in trading Equity, FX and Derivatives . He was the Manager of LTCB Seoul Branch. He became the Auditor of Sigma Base Capital Asset Management Co., Ltd. in 2017.

Naoya Tabuchi, is a graduate of Hitotsubashi University in Japan, he holds degrees in finance, management, and economics.
He began his career as a banker with The Long Term Credit Bank of Japan (LTCB) in 1985. He has been involved in Derivatives at the Head Office, and later, at LTCB International (London). After that, he engaged in the Fund Management at Mitsubishi UFJ Investment. He established Militus Financial consulting Co., Ltd in 2000,
Masaharu Kuhara：Fellow of Sigma Base Capital Co., Ltd.
Masaharu Kuhara, is a graduate of the Keio University in Japan, he holds degrees in finance, management, and economics. He also graduated from University of California, Berkeley.
He began his career as a banker with The Long Term Credit Bank of Japan (LTCB) in 1972. He has been involved in Corporate Finance, Structured Finance as well as looking after Greenwich Capital Markets Co., Ltd. (GCM) in Connecticut. He was the Manager of LTCB Chicago Branch.
After that, he became a professor of Ritsumeikan University, Syowa University, DePaul University（Chicago） and Singapore University.

Masatoshi Shimizu, is a graduate of the Hitotsubashi University in Japan, he holds degrees in finance, management, and economics.
He began his career as a banker with The Long Term Credit Bank of Japan (LTCB) in 1972. He has been involved in corporate finance and trading of FX, Equity and Derivatives as well as looking after Greenwich Capital Markets Co., Ltd. (GCM) in Connecticut.
In 1990, he resigned LTCB and established Sigma Base Capital Co., Ltd. (SBCC) specializing in the Education of the theory and practice in Finance. In addition, SBCC began the Investment Advisory business in 2013. He established Sigma Base Capital Asset Management Co., Ltd (SBCAM) in 2017.
